1. Purpose

Mia Cook is an application that generates personalized recipes and offers nutrition and fitness tracking with the help of artificial intelligence, while respecting your constraints (diet, allergens, kosher, halal, goals).

2. Account

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

3. Subscription and payment

• Full access requires a paid subscription, managed by Stripe.
• A free trial may be offered; no charge occurs before the end of the trial.
• The subscription renews automatically until cancellation.
• You can cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
• On iOS via the App Store, the subscription may be managed directly by Apple.

4. Acceptable use and disclaimer

The application is for personal and lawful use only. Recipes and nutritional information are provided for guidance only and do not replace professional medical or dietary advice. Always check allergens and proper cooking before consuming.

5. Ownership and data

The application and its content are protected. You retain ownership of the data you provide (preferences, photos).

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Mia Cook cannot be held liable for the consequences of inappropriate use of the recipes or nutritional information, in particular in the event of an allergy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or close an account in the event of abusive or fraudulent use.

8. Governing law and contact
